What do I do if I want to place a booking? First phone Joanne Jacobs to discuss your needs and what you have in mind. Send an email to thestonecliff@gmail.com for just a general question. It is important to have possible dates, number of people, a theme, etc. in mind before contacting The Stone Cliff.



Does The Stone Cliff arrange the whole function? Yes – The Stone Cliff takes charge of the venue, catering and any other special needs a client may have. From fresh flowers, crockery or a cash bar for the day to stationery needs for a team building event. Even backup electricity for essential equipment in the event of a power outage!



Is there sufficient secure parking for guests? Yes – Secure well-lit parking for quite a number of cars.



Does The Stone Cliff provide for music? Background music and a microphone can be provided or you can provide your own DJ and sound system.



Can I get a written quote for a function? Yes – Valid only for 30 days.



Can a wedding ceremony be officiated at The Stone Cliff? Yes - This must be arranged with your priest or pastor.



Is accommodation available for guests? Yes (limited number of rooms) – provided that you arrange it and make The Stone Cliff aware of that. Read more about accommodation offered under More Information.



Will a room have a refrigerator? No, but one can be arranged.



Do all rooms have air-conditioning? There are rooms with air-conditioning and rooms without it.



Are all the rooms en-suite? Yes - all the rooms at The Stone Cliff have an en-suite shower and toilet. The main suite has a toilet and a bath.



What kind of food is on offer for functions? A variety of meal options can be arranged for up to 150 guests. There are also braai stands available for guests to use privately.



Does The Stone Cliff offer self catering units? No



Does the Stone Cliff provide catering for outside events? Yes – catering can be provided for up to 200 people off site.



Can The Stone Cliff arrange for a photographer for any event? The Stone Cliff does not have a photographer. You can also find links to websites of professional photographers by clicking here. 



Does The Stone Cliff offer transport to and from the Mafikeng airport? Only on request and by arrangement well in advance. Dates and times are essential. We will not be held liable if incorrect information is provided.



Is there a laundry service available? Yes



Is there 3G cellular network coverage? Yes
